After witnessing the poverty found in India, while visiting her parents’ villages in India, our founder Sheila, became aware that she was one degree away from being one of the little village girls. If she could be a village girl then a village girl could be her – have her life.

This sparked an idea that would lead to the creation of the LIFE Bags Company.

With every bag we sell, we give a backpack to our community in India.  Every time you carry your bag, you will be reminded of the connection just created. Our pictures are of the very children that we giveback, too. They will now be a part of you!
